CenterLink established SAGELink in partnership with SAGE in 2024. SAGE is the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ+ older people. Founded in 1978 and headquartered in New York City, SAGE is a national organization that offers supportive services and consumer resources to LGBTQ+ older people and their caregivers.

The goals of SAGELink are to:

  • Empower Members: We aim to support CenterLink members already providing vital programming for LGBTQ+ older adults.
  • Foster Connections: By facilitating networking and learning opportunities, SAGELink will help members share knowledge and best practices.
  • Encourage Growth: We will inspire more of our members to develop and offer programming tailored to older adults.
  • Promote Collaboration: CenterLink members engaged in older adult programming are invited to join SAGECollab, to cross-promote your impactful programs on the SAGECollab webpage.

Currently SAGELink offers

  • Quarterly network calls open to members; register on the CenterLink Member Calendar through My CenterLink

CenterLink looks forward to continued partnership with SAGE to deepen what SAGELink offers.
