The Grand Rapids Trans Foundation nurtures and sustains Trans futures by creating equitable opportunities, removing barriers, and fostering community for the Trans community in Kent County, Michigan. The Foundation provides academic scholarships, name change and legal document update support, resource guides, gender-affirming items, transportation assistance, and affirming and culture-shifting events to Trans residents in the Grand Rapids area.
